But all tickets on any page will have the same number. Each page will have a different number, but all the tickets on that page will have the same number. That’s no good. You need each ticket to have a different number.

A representative should respond within a business day to take things forward from there.

Make sure to connect the two tickets, for example by making them in two-cell tables, side-by-side. On both tickets, enter a dummy number for the raffle ticket number as a placeholder.

This is about the 4th time I’ve ordered ticket from you and each time I’ve been impressed with the quality and rapid turn around. But we still seem to have problems with the size of the logo on the back; would like it to be larger than the finished product. Maybe we can get it next year!
Thanks I have my word ticket page set up with the code you gave me. Thank you in advance. I need to set up the mail merge so I can print blocks of tickets off as I need them. How do I go about setting this up? Do I have to have a stub, ticket format like the original ticket format?
Open Word and create a new document and create one raffle ticket. You want to make it about the right size so that you can fit four tickets on the page. Leave space for the ticket numbers, which you’ll add in a minute. Something like this:
Add a page number to it (if you are using labels or cards each is a logical “page”) with Format, Page, Insert Page Number. Insert, Close. This places a [PgNumDisp] code on the label (visible in the Reveal Codes window); you should see a “1” on the label at the insertion point. You can adjust the starting number with the Value/Adjust button, or you can adjust it after the macro is finished (see #5 below).
Use scissors or a paper cutter to cut the tickets, leaving each set intact. When a person buys a ticket, the seller should separate the tickets right then, giving one ticket to the buyer and dropping the other ticket into the receptacle from which the winning ticket will be drawn.

Print your template sheet. When the tickets have all the necessary information on them except for the ticket number, load adequate paper into your printer and make as many copies as you need. It’s a good idea to print a couple extra sheets in case you make a mistake, or wind up needing more than you expected.

Small-sized publication types, such as business cards, postcards, and labels can be adapted to serve as coupons. Flyers or brochures can be adapted for use as gift certificates.
Now you are ready to begin inserting your data. To make everything easier, please be sure to have your Mail Merge Toolbar visible. You can enable it by going to Tools > Letters and Mailings > Show Mail Merge Toolbar (displayed in step 3 of this document)
TIP: This step inserts a new code at the top of the document, [Pg Num Set: 3001], and numbers the items consecutively from the new starting number by simply changing the starting “page” number. You can re-use this document In the future with different numbers by simply deleting this code and repeating step 5 with a new starting value. (Or simply double click the code in Reveal Codes to bring up the Values dialog.)
