Sure, you can easily make changes to your custom order any time before you've approved the proof. Once you receive your proof from design@ticketprinting.com, just reply to the email and let our design team know what you want changed. We'll fix the proof and email you a new one by the end of the next business day the latest. We do charge the credit card on file and start printing your order as soon as you've approved the proof, so if you need to make changes after approving the final proof, please call Customer Support at 888 771 0809 as soon as possible. We'll see what we can do!
Note: If you close and reopen your document or look at a preview of the document, it will appear that the CSV has reverted and your leading zeroes were deleted. However, be assured that is not the case. As long as you were able to see the leading zeros at the time you saved the document, your CSV has the leading zeros. It is safe to upload your CSV and your leading zeroes will be preserved.
You're almost there! Once you've filled out your template, chosen your paper type, stapling options, and order quantity, just click on the continue option at the bottom of the page. This generates your proof. Look at it carefully to make sure it's exactly what you want! (If it isn't, just go back and fix it.) Once you're satisfied, please read and click the disclaimer and add the item to your cart. If you are not signed in yet, you'll be asked to either create a new account or sign into your existing account. Click on continue and you'll be guided through the shipping, billing, review, and checkout pages.
You can use the Serial Number Tool located above the template. The tickets will be numbered sequentially from the start number you enter. For example if you enter start number "001" and order 250 tickets they will be numbered from 001 up to 250. You can choose any start number you like. Choosing an unlikely start number helps protect you from ticket fraud.

Yes! Our customers are unique, and we try to make it easy to customize our templates, so we offer plenty of online templates with space to upload your own image. We use the auto page numbering trick here, the trick is to do it as spreads. You just make your pages the same size as the ticket with crops and bleeds. Then set up the shell on the master page and place your auto page number where you want your numbers. Each pages is the next number. You can also have two sets of numbers for perforated ticket. You then can use the page start options to add to the numbers and keep the same number of total numbers. For example you would do a new page start after number 99. 0001 to 0099 so it doesn't add two "0's" to the front of 100 and you get 00100 when you want 0100. Works great for small quantities, we have done up to 1000+ tickets and once you do it once or twice it is a snap to set up. To avoid having to do 1000 pages just send the tickets in groups. Usually between 25 to 100 at a time works good depending on artwork file size. Just save each time before sending to printer and name the file with what the tickets are. Like "MyTickets-0001-0100.Indd". Makes it easier to go back if you have a problem. You can even do two rolls of tickets if your using 12 x 18 sheets by flipping the sheet and doing one row along the top and one along the bottom on reverse side. That is if your ticket is single Sided. Two sided tickets are a bit trickier. :-)
If you send us a print-ready file, please omit the seating information as well as the perforated stub line. Just send us an additional mock up indicating the location of the seating information and stub line. We need to use additional tools to print individual seating information for each ticket, and to perforate the ticket stub, rather than simply print a dotted line.

I’m not sure which version of InDesign first introduced printing Thumbnails like this, but even if yours doesn’t support that, your printer driver may have a similar feature of its own. Check the printer’s own dialog box by clicking “Setup…” near the bottom left corner of the Print dialog and dismissing the warning, then clicking “Preferences…” in Windows’s Print dialog that comes up (I’m not sure how to access this on Mac OS X, but I’m pretty sure there’s an easy way). For instance, on many HP printers, the feature you want is called “Pages per sheet” and has a drop-down offering 1, 2, 4, 9, or 16 pages per sheet.
Just download the Raffle tickets with consecutive numbering and matching stubs from the Microsoft Office website. It is a 2003 version and I have Office 2010.   The template has sequential numbering and displays 8 tickets on 2 pages, but I need 3000 tickets.  How do I add more tickets to this document.  I have looked online for tutorials, but most are for starting a ticket from scratch.  Please help!!

Have trouble remembering names? Event Badges really work well as nametags. Need to stay organized? Add a designation on each badge that helps you easily divide your guests into smaller groups. Want to really put your badges to work? Print each one with all the data you might need: indicate varying levels of access, contribution, or participation. Event Badges are also a great way to help you advertise your sponsors, or even to showcase your own logo, or other visual work you wish to honor. Plus, they make interesting souvenirs.
