Yes, we've tried to make it easy to reorder your tickets, even if you want to change them a bit. Simply click on "My Account" and go to your history. Find the ticket you would like to reorder, click on it, and then click on the reorder option button. You will see the screen where you originally filled in your ticket template, and you can make changes there before placing your order.
The sizes of our customers' monitors vary, but the sizes of our tickets have been standardized! The description on the template page will tell you the size of your completed, cut ticket. The image that you see while you are filling out the text fields for your tickets might not even be to scale. Your proof will be scaled to your computer screen, but the size may change if it's saved and opened with another program. In other words, what you see on the screen is merely an image. The actual dimensions of your tickets are those written in the description, and they don't change.

Numbered Ticket Printing is possible for digital printing. The ticket can be printed in full or single color for both front and back side, on a 100 lb. paper stock with gloss or matte coating. The perforation on the ticket is optional. Standard sizes available for ticket printing are 1.75" x 5.5", 2 x 7", and 2 x 11". Custom sizes are also offered.
That depends on the template you've chosen. Each template features a unique design and layout, so the number of characters per line is different for every online template. Don't worry; it's easy to tell whether or not your text fits on the template. Just enter all your information into the ticket template and then click "View Proof" at the bottom of the page. If your text doesn't fit, any lines with too many characters will appear in red on your proof. From there, you can go back to the template and make it work: either shorten the line or try to break it up in two lines, if the template layout allows for that. Remember that capital letters need more space than lower case letters, and vertical layouts usually allow for less text than horizontal layouts.

I have done this twice now, getting flustered. The ticket part the person keeps has the correct sequential number on it, but the side that we keep has the same number on it for the whole page. What part am I missing, at first I did not uncheck the box, but this time I did but have the same number on the stub side that we keep with the person's name, etc

Good morning! Directions are clear for sure but when i go to merge the first ticket is one but the second number on the raffle ticket is two. i have four raffle tickets per page the first three are messed up but the forth is correct all the way down to 500. Any ideas? i have tried with a header and without a header. i even made the first number with a formula. it does work with out putting next record but like you said it is four tickets with the same number and that would use a ton of ink. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - are you creating your own tickets using the instructions on this page? If so, you can of course change the font and everything else in your Word document. If you are using the Raffle Ticket Creator app (app.raffleticketcreator.com) then you can't change the font size ... you'll just need to tinker with the exact words that you are including in order to get them to fit on the page. It depends what the design is for the tickets. But if you set up primary text frames, linked for the area for the numbers, you can create a numbered list with the numbering format you want. Then, just pour in a whole load of paragraph returns that have that numbered list applied. And make sure each numbered paragraph is set to start in the next column.

If you already have a design and want to send us a print-ready file, just make sure your images are set at 300 dpi resolution, with the print size recommended for best print quality. If you don't have an image, or if your image's resolution is too low, our design team can still use graphics from our image library. We'll send you an electronic proof before we print anything. If it's not what you want, you can always request changes before approving it.
i’ve had to do tons of this lately and found that for the amounts of tickets being done (e.g. 7000 x 10 tickets + cover & mailer) that chuckT’s solution almost 2 years ago is similar to what i use. would be interested to know if others doing similar VDP are using a wholly indesign/excel solution, or if specific VDP software such as XMPie are being used.
