1. Create a text frame on the Master page, while dragging, split the frame horizontally and vertically using arrows on the keyboard (Gridify your frame), this way all frames are threaded, you may do the same on both pages of the Masters (Spread) but make sure you link last frame of left Master page and first text frame of right Master page.
If you know in advance that you need outline numbering for your paragraphs, you will want to choose the correct format from the Bullets and Numbering dialog box. Applying one of the preset formats to a paragraph or paragraphs that are already bulleted or numbered applies it to the entire list. There is a specific tab for outline numbers — the Outlined Numbered tab.
Sequential numbering printing refers to printing numbers in sequential order on sets of forms or other printed pieces. Each form or piece gets a unique number and printed in either ascending or descending numerical order.

I am using your instructions to create a page of tickets – the design has been created as a picture so I added a text box to “hold” the mail merge instructions but I keep getting the error message “You cannot include DATA, NEXT, NEXTIF, or SKIPIF fields in comments, headers, footers, footnotes or endnotes.” I have not included any of these but I’m wondering if it’s because I’ve attempted to insert it in a text box. Is there an easy way to do this? TIA
It is important that the barcode is not cut off or distorted. Barcodes printed over a pattern or text will not be scan able. If you are using the Heat Sensitive Security paper and print a barcode on the side with the micro text, the barcode will not be scan able. It is also important to keep the area white behind the barcode, making sure there are no patterns or colors to interfere with the scanning.

Tip Using the same logic for removing underlining from a number, you can make the paragraph number bold without having the text of the paragraph formatted as bold.
