I am a not a Support engineer, and this forum is not a substitute for Support. My participation on this forum is primarily as a fellow user (and a forum moderator). I am happy to provide help and answers to questions when I can; however, there is no guarantee that I, or anyone else on this forum, will be able to answer all questions or fix any problems. If I ask for files to clarify an issue, I might not be able to look at them personally. I am not able to answer private messages, emails, or phone calls unless they go through proper Support channels. Please direct any sales or pricing questions to your salesperson or email@example.com.

Some organizations work with large and complex documents that need to be tightly controlled. With Document Control numbers, you can assign a specific number to a document and use throughout its lifecycle. This field can ensure a unique document control number is assigned to a each new document added under a schema. Document Control Numbers are mandatory, meaning they must be entered or created when adding a document to the system. Each Document Control Field has a prefix which must be different from all other Document Control prefixes. This ensures that each Document Control Number is unique across the entire library.
done DO NOT use a manufacturer’s serial number or part number for your part number. These numbers are often too long and cryptic. Plus, if you switch suppliers, or the manufacturer changes their number, it becomes meaningless to your organization.
When generating invoice numbers based on the customer number, you can choose whether or not to include any date information. Either way, the number will begin with the customer number and then be followed by the date (if desired) and the sequence number. No matter how you decide to structure your invoice number, the sequence number always needs to come at the end. This makes it easiest to find and to differentiate from the others in its sequence.
Indeed, they are! Many customers want to hang their Posters or Banners outside and keep them there for a while, so they’re all printed with solvent based, UV stable ink, which is super-durable and can resist UV degradation for 3 to 5 years. When it’s printed on vinyl, this UV ink is extra durable and able withstand any moisture or precipitation your climate might throw at it.
Intelligent – This method uses part numbers with descriptive and informative details about the associated part. With this type of part numbering scheme, a resistor part number may look something like RES-100-0003. In this example “RES” stands for resistor, “100” is the resistance value in ohms and “0003” is a serialized suffix. Intelligence is built into the creation of the part number.
On an e-ticket receipt, the airline code and ticket number is located at the bottom center of the receipt. In this example, you would enter 2150030834 in the ticket number box. The 001 is already provided to the left of the box if American Airlines is selected as the airline flown. Enter the 3-digit airline code preceding the ticket number if any other airline is selected. The 4 at the end is for internal use only.
This simple raffle ticket design made of two parts. Top part (ticket) is very basic, and the space is limited to the name of your raffle event. Bottom part (coupon) is for the participants who do not need to fill in their information (name, address and phone number).

Airports also have a keen interest in dynamic algorithms. Passengers at London’s Heathrow and other congested airports often sit in a long queue of planes waiting near the runway to depart. Delays happen because air-traffic controllers need to leave a safety margin between aircraft as they take off. This margin depends on the size and speed of an aircraft, and re-ordering the queue can minimise the delay before all the planes get into the air (mathematicians call this the departure problem). Air-traffic controllers have always reordered planes in the departure queue manually, but researchers are working on algorithms that would be more efficient.
