They really do! Event Badges let you easily identify folks who belong in your event. Staff can tell at a glance whether they are looking at a guest or a gatecrasher! Event Badges can also work as highly visible Event Tickets. You can increase the safety of your event even more when you add security bar codes to each badge. Peter is correct and for the life of me I can never replicate a ticket the 2nd time. I only do tickets 2-3 times a year. The rest of the time the order is so large I sub it out to tickets printer. My question is how do you place the same list over and over? Let's say the tickets are 3 up and you need 600 tickets. I can see placing the file with #s 1-200 top ticket on the stub, then placing it again for the ticket itself. But wouldn't you need 2 more files: from 201-400 and 401-600 to end up with correct imposition for print, cut, stack?
Start with images at 300 dpi resolution at print size in any of the following file formats: JPEG, TIFF, or EPS. We sure can! For a small fee, we can print any kind of graphics on your wristbands whether you choose either a graphic from our image library or your own logo or image, save in a common file format at 300 dpi resolution at print size. As you consider design, just remember that the printable area of an Event Wristband measures 0.85 x 7 inches, which means your logo will be fairly small. Small text within your graphic will probably not be readable. Don't despair! There's a fix for that: in many cases, our design team can erase small text from the graphic. We can add the text in a larger font and print it next to the graphic, if you like. Please also keep in mind that inkjet printers are the optimal printing technology for Tyvek® fabric. You may notice that logos and text printing on Tyvek® will have less brightness and clarity (for example, sharp edges) than laser printing on high gloss paper.
The Heat Sensitive Security paper has micro text in green ink on one side, usually the back of the ticket. If you add small text to the back, it might not be readable. If you have a lot of text or an image that covers the whole back of the ticket, it will be printed over the micro text and you will not be able to use the security feature to verify the ticket's authenticity.
Just download the Raffle tickets with consecutive numbering and matching stubs from the Microsoft Office website. It is a 2003 version and I have Office 2010.   The template has sequential numbering and displays 8 tickets on 2 pages, but I need 3000 tickets.  How do I add more tickets to this document.  I have looked online for tutorials, but most are for starting a ticket from scratch.  Please help!!

Actually, you can purchase online tickets in any quantity over 50. We've replaced our drop down quantity lists with text boxes where you can enter just the number of tickets that you need. Most of our online templates are available in any quantity over 50 items. However, Posters and Flyers can be ordered in quantities as low as 5. Since our per item price drops as your order gets bigger, in many cases, you can order more items for the same price.
I have done this twice now, getting flustered. The ticket part the person keeps has the correct sequential number on it, but the side that we keep has the same number on it for the whole page. What part am I missing, at first I did not uncheck the box, but this time I did but have the same number on the stub side that we keep with the person's name, etc
Our raffle ticket templates have a placeholder for a ticket number, usually “xxx” to remind you it needs to be replaced. Select it, click Insert Merge Field > Ticket. Do the same for the second ticket number placeholder. Most tickets will have two number placeholders because one part of the ticket is for the raffle host (you) and the other is for the purchaser.

    Numbering raffle tickets can be a rough project to tackle without the right tools. Luckily you can number raffle tickets or any other document or form with a desktop publishing software program you may already own like Microsoft Word, Publisher, Adobe Indesign or CorelDraw or any desktop publishing software that has a mail merge function.  Then all that is needed is a program that can create the mail merge file you need to number your tickets like starting number, ending number, prefix and so on. And for that program we suggest Number-Pro.
Custom Tickets offer the same great options as all our ticket templates! We can print full color or black ink on white heavy weight card stock (matte or semi-gloss finish) or white medium weight office paper (matte finish). The heavy weight card stock is about the same weight as an expensive business card or greeting card. The white office paper is slightly heavier than the regular copy paper.
In the example I explained, I was using a list, but did it with un-linked text boxes using “continue from previous number” and “continue numbers across stories.” I’m guessing that there is no way to tell InDesign that even though there are 4 text boxes on the page, that there are two different lists? I’d probably have to just create two threaded stories for that scenario to work.
