Before selling, try to raise as much awareness about your raffle as you can. Flyers are easy to distribute and display – download yours from our free raffle flyer template page. Where “D” means Draft, and “F” means Final. And “V” tends to indicate “Version” to people so that even if they don’t know what the code means, they can guess it’s a version number. Bonus that D comes before F in the alphabet so it even saves all my drafts before my finals which is handy.

Make sure that your image is in an accepted file format (TIF, JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP) and does not exceed the maximum file size (49 MB). If you are still having trouble please try to convert it to a different file format (from JPG to TIF or the other way around). Changing color modes may help, although the ideal color mode is RGB. If none of these steps resolve the issue, try using a different browser. (For instance, if you are using Internet Explorer try switching to Mozilla Firefox or vice versa).
You will now see a “Catalog Merge Area”. You’ll be able to enter anything in here — plus the data fields we created in the Excel document previously. This area is duplicated automatically 8 times per page (because my example is 2×4)!
It provides buttons on the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon which can be used to apply numbering in a variety of formats. The ZIP file contains both the template itself and a self extracting archive file which will attempt to load the template in the default Word Startup folder.
Custom Tickets offer the same great options as all our ticket templates! We can print full color or black ink on white heavy weight card stock (matte or semi-gloss finish) or white medium weight office paper (matte finish). The heavy weight card stock is about the same weight as an expensive business card or greeting card. The white office paper is slightly heavier than the regular copy paper.
You can enter any piece of text or numbering into the Document Numbering field. For example, if you wanted to have a document number of “Example 1, Example 2, Example 3…” etc., then the Document Numbering field should read as follows: “Example [number]” (without the inverted commas).
When you enter your numbering settings, the program automatically runs through them in the background and if they’re not logical, the program will suggest more logical numbering settings. In addition to checking the numbering settings, the dimensions are checked when you type them, the text will temporarily turn red if you are inside the margins or off the edge of the paper.
We ask our customers to approve an electronic version of their proof before we begin processing anything, and we never begin printing until you’re satisfied with the proof. It’s got to be right before we start! Proofs usually take a day or two to create, depending on how much design and layout work your Event Program requires. If you a want a printed proof, we’re more than happy to send it via Next Day Air. Remember, this will delay the start of processing by at least one business day.
Many companies also assign numbers to the accounts, to be used for coding charges. If your company is using a computerized system, the computer automatically assigns the account number. Otherwise, you need to plan out your own numbering system.

XXX is a three or four digit number assigned to a specific record. These can be assigned in groups to manage related documents as well as the same NUMBER can be issued, for example, for an SOP and a PR.

For example, if you were creating an item number for “Sauce, Chocolate”, you might create the number “SAU101”, “Sauce, Caramel” would be “SAU102”, etc.
I have a form that needs to be numbered from 1 to 1000. This was done using Printshop Pro software, piece of cake. The problem I have is that the stock Im printing on is 2 part NCR. Again, piece of cake. Our client has specified non traditional NCR colours for use on their job, blue and pink. We had to order NCR stock that does not come collated, in other words the stock is in need of collating.
